    Convenient to Know

    1. WHAT ARE THE STANDARD CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES OF HOTEL?

    The standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs. and check-out is at 12:00 noon.

    2. IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENJOY AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

    If the room is available, you may enjoy an early check-in and/or late checkout, this is subject to availability as we may have other guests checking into, or out of your room on the same day. We will do our utmost to facilitate your request.

    3. WHAT TYPES OF ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE HOTEL?

    Our room types are Gala Deluxe, Premier Gala Deluxe, Pearl Suite, Zen Jacuzzi Pool Terrace, Zen Plus Jacuzzi Pool Terrace, Qualia Jacuzzi Pool Villa. Please refer to “Rooms & Villas” for more details.

    4. ARE YOUR HOTEL RATES PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?

    The rates charged are per room (double occupancy)

    5. HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

    6. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY IN ONE ROOM?

    Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three (3) people. Please note that the third bed will be a rollaway bed at an extra charge.

    7. HOW DO I CANCEL MY HOTEL RESERVATION WITHOUT INCURRING A CHARGE?

    It depends on the booking conditions therefore kindly contact our reservation team for more information.

    10. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?

    11. DO THE RATES INCLUDE BREAKFAST?

    It depends on the room rate you select

    12. WHAT BED TYPES DO YOU HAVE AND DO YOU HAVE TWIN, TRIPLE AND QUADRUPLE ROOMS?

    We can provide either a king-sized bed or twin-bedded rooms which this is subject to availability. For triple rooms, an extra bed may be added at an additional charge. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

    15. DO YOU HAVE ROOMS WITH A BATHTUB?

    Yes, we do. All guest rooms have a bathtub.

    16. DO YOU HAVE NON-SMOKING ROOMS?

    All guest rooms and hotel public areas are non-smoking. Dedicated smoking areas are provided for guests who wish to smoke in front of the hotel and room terrace. Guests are not permitted to smoke in hotel guest rooms as per the law and may be subject to a fine if they do so.

    17. ARE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

    All guest rooms have a safety deposit box which is available free of charge.

    18. IS INTERNET AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

    The entire hotel is set up for free wireless and wi-fi internet is available in every room.

    Children under the age of 6 sharing a room with their parents stay free of charge, Children 7-12 years old and sharing bed with parents extra THB 350 (Maximum 1 child per room)

    23. WHAT FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CHILDREN?

    At the hotel there is a Kid Swimming Pool located at nearby the beach.

    24. DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?

    Yes, there is an main expansive 90-meter and a Kid Swimming Pool 1/2-meter salt-chlorinated outdoor swimming pool located at nearby the beach. The pool is open from 8.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs.

    25. DO YOU HAVE A PET POLICY?

    We regret that animals are not allowed on the hotel premises.

    26. WHERE IS BREAKFAST SERVED AND AT WHAT TIMES?

    A breakfast buffet is served in the Sea Shell Restaurant between 07:00 hrs and 10:00 hrs.

    27. Do you have a spa?

    Yes, we do. Spa open daily between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs.

    28. IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL?

    The Seashell retaurants open Daily from 8.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs. Daily buffet breakfast is also catered here at Seashell between 8.00 hrs -10.30 hrs. Last order for dinner is 21.30 hrs.

    29. IS THERE A BAR IN THE HOTEL?

    Sea Through Pool Bar it located at nearby the beach. Open Daily from 10.30 hrs – 22.30 hrs Last order for dinner is 21.30 hrs.

    31. DO YOU HAVE A ROOM SERVICE OR IN-ROOM DINING?

    Yes, we do. A room service menu is available in every room daily from 12.00 hrs – 22.00 hrs. Last order for dinner is 21.30 hrs.

    32. DO YOU HAVE A HAPPY HOUR?

    Happy Hour One get one FREE 16.00 hrs 18.00 hrs.

    33. DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARKING?

    Yes we do. We have 2 places free parking.

    34. DO YOU PROVIDE A FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE ?

    Yes, we do. We have free shuttle service available between Hotel to Hua Hin town 3 times per day, 10:00 hrs / 13:00 hrs / 18:00 hrs.

    36. DOES HOTEL CLOSED TO THE BEACH?

    Our hotel is located closed to the Takiab beach, accommodate is not closed to the beach but not far to the beach.

    37. I AM DISABLED. ARE YOU ACCESSIBLE?

    We do have some room types on the ground floor for wheelchair access although but we have an entrance&exit stair that may be inconvenient for wheelchairs. We would kindly ask you to get in touch with us so we may explain everything fully and make sure that we will be the right choice for your stay.
