Please visit our secured booking page and select the period at least 60 days in advance.

The system will then show this special Early Bird promotion. The system will not show this special rate if your selected date is not at least 60 days in advance.

• Rates are quoted in Thai baht and to be paid in Thai Baht. The exchange rates we use are the "on-shore" Thai rates as per the Bank of Thailand. We do not use "off-shore" conversion rates in Thailand. Please be aware that there is a difference in these conversion rates.
• Rates are inclusive of 7% prevailing government tax.
• Check in time at 14.00pm / Check out time at 12.00am
• Late check out after 6pm will be charged as a daily contract rate
• Infant will be free of charge
• Rates may be subject to change without prior notice
• No show at the day of arrival will lead to cancellation of the booking after 24 hours
• The deposit should be made with the resort before arriving date

Deposit payment

Deposit payment will only be charged after we confirm the room(s) for you by return e-mail. Our reply should be sent to you within 2 working days after your reservation form submission. If you do not receive any response within this period, please let us know by e-mail.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be done by written notice before the arrival date. Refund should be subject to conditions.
