A: Our standard check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00
Q: Is it possible to check-in earlier?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be entirely guaranteed.
Q: Do you provide a service for late check-out?
A: Late check-out until 18.00 hrs is possible with additional surcharge. – THB. Rate is subject to 7% applicable government tax. However, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the Front Desk 24 hours before.
Q: Is WiFi Internet access available?
A: Yes, we offer free WiFi Internet access in all rooms.
Q: Do you have twin or triple rooms?
A: We have twin bed room (2 beds) and double room (1 bigger bed).
Q: There are room types of two bedrooms?
A: We have connecting room for 2 room types; Gala Deluxe and Pool Villa.
Q: Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
A: Yes, all guest rooms have a bathtub. In our Zen Pool Suite and Pool Villa also have bath tubs and private Jacuzzi pools.
Q: Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
A: There is a safety deposit box in every guest room for free-of-charge.
Q: Do you have a pet policy?
A: Pets are not allowed. Fine may apply for extra cleaning fees.
Q: Do you have non-smoking rooms?
A: We are a smoking free hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all hotel rooms. Fine applies in case of violation.
Q: Do you have extra bed?
A: We have extra bed 1800 baht include breakfast and extra person 900 baht include breakfast.
Q: Do I have to give for deposit guarantee upon arrival?
A: With hotel policy we may keep 1000 baht per night maximum 5000 baht.
Q: How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
A: To cancel your booking without incurring any charge, please inform us in written to Reservations Department at least 3 working days prior to your arrival date. You will then be given a refund with 5% administration charge. The refunded amount will take at least 7-14 working days to reach your account.
Please note that you must be booked on a ’Flexible’ rate type as ’Advance Pre-Paid’ rates and some other special rates are non-refundable.

A: A breakfast buffet is served daily at Seashell Restaurant on the ground floor.

A: The breakfast time start at 7.00 hrs -11.00 hrs.
Q: How much parking space is available at the hotel?
A: The hotel has 2 parking lots. The main parking lot is located at the front of the hotel accommodating max of 11+ cars. The other parking lot is located at the opposite side of the hotel and can accommodate 25+ cars.
Q: How is the security at the parking lots?
A: The hotel employed a full-time security guard to monitor the parking spots 24 hours.
Q: Do you have special facilities and services available for the wheelchair guests?
A: Yes, we have a room specially equipped for low mobility guests in the hotel. However, accessing to the room has to pass a staircase. Please check with our resort for beforehand. But we do have been welcoming many low mobility persons.
Q: Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?
A: Yes, we have an outdoor swimming pool by the beach with the depth of 1.5 m.
Q: Do you have spa service?
A: Yes, we have spa service open 10.00 hrs - 20.00 hrs.
Q: Do you have the elevator?
A: No, there are on low-rise buildings. For low mobility persons, we normally arrange the rooms on the ground floor for them.
Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
A: Yes, sightseeing tours can be booked at our Front Desk.
Q: Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?
A: We don’t have a tour desk but our Front Office team are happy to assist with excursion arrangements and visits to Hua-Hin tourist attractions.

A: Yes. We accept VISA, MASTER CARD and AMEX.
Q: How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?
A: We are in the quiet district but just few kilometers to the town. We are just 7 mins away from the heart of the downtown area. For Cicada weekend night market, you can even walk there for 10-15 mins.
Q: Did you provide shuttle service?
A: We arrange shuttle van 3 times a day free of charge at 10.00 / 13.00 / 16.00. There is no returning service. Please contact our reception for more information.
Q: What are the local tourist attractions?
A: We recommend visiting the Wat Khaotakiab, Hua-Hin Beach and King Palace.
Q: Are there any golf courses near the hotel?
A: Banyan golf club.
Q: Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?
A: Yes, our team can help you with re-confirmations.
Q: Is a doctor available at the hotel?
A: We don’t have a doctor at the hotel but one is on-call 24 hours.
Q: What is the nearest hospital?
A: Bangkok Hospital is less than 10-miuntes from hotel.
Q: Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
A: Bangkok Bank.
Q: What voltage do you use in Thailand?
A: The voltage in Thailand is 220 Volts.
Q: Is it safe to drink tap water in Thailand?
A: The tap water in Thailand is not potable. However, complimentary drinking water is provided in all guest rooms.
Q: What is the VAT refund system in Thailand?
A: Tourists are able to claim back the VAT on larger purchases when they exit Thailand. Most department stores are also able to assist in arranging a refund.
Q: Can baggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel to another location in Thailand?
A: Hotel guests can use the storage facility free of charge if they spend at least one night at the hotel. However, guests will not be allowed to store the baggage whilst they travel to another location in Thailand except the journey take no longer than 3 days and that the guest has to be back to the resort for another stay.
Unfortunately, the storage facility service is not available for non-guests.
