    General Information

    The Rock Hua Hin is a beachfront resort located in the Khao Takiab area. It features a total of 26 rooms in 2–3-storey buildings. Please note that there is no elevator available.
    For guests who require special assistance—such as elderly guests, wheelchair users, or anyone with mobility limitations—we recommend booking our Zen Jacuzzi Pool Villa or Qualia Villa, both located on the ground floor for easier access.

    The Rock Hua Hin is approximately 20–25 minutes from Hua Hin Airport. The hotel offers a chargeable airport transfer service. Alternatively, guests may conveniently book transportation via ride-hailing apps such as Grab or Bolt.

    Travel time is approximately 3–3.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

    Yes. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to Hua Hin town three times a day at 10:00, 13:00, and 16:00.

    The hotel does not have an on-site fitness center. However, we provide complimentary yoga classes on Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings. There are also nearby gyms that offer daily drop-in access for approximately 80–100 THB per day.

    The hotel uses a standard electrical system of 220V.

    We do not have an on-site doctor, but a basic first-aid kit is available. Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin is located only 10 minutes away. In case of emergency, our staff can assist immediately with coordination and transportation.

    All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas provided by the hotel.

    Yes, the hotel provides parking in two areas:
    • Outdoor parking in front of the hotel, accommodating approximately 10 cars
    • Indoor parking located across the street, accommodating approximately 15 cars
    In total, the parking capacity is sufficient for all 26 rooms. All parking areas are monitored by 24-hour CCTV for guests’ safety.

    Normally, the hotel does not collect a security deposit at check-in. However, for long-stay reservations, a deposit may be required depending on the terms and conditions.

    Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Our front desk operates 24 hours to assist guests at any time.

    Late check-out is subject to room availability on the day of departure. If available, an additional charge may apply depending on the extended time beyond the standard check-out. Guests may inquire with the front desk on the day of arrival to confirm availability.

    The hotel does not have a dedicated tour desk, but our Guest Relations Officers (GROs) are available to provide information and recommendations on local attractions and activities.

    Rooms come with either double or twin beds, depending on availability. An extra bed can be added for one guest in certain room types.
    Family rooms include a bunk bed and do not support extra beds.

    Yes. The Family Room features a bunk bed and a standard bed, suitable for 4 guests.

    Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

    Children 0–5 years: Stay free when sharing existing bedding.

    Children 6–12 years: Breakfast fee of 400 THB per child per night.

    13 years and above: Considered adults; extra bed available for 1,400 THB per night, limited to one extra bed per room.

    Accessibility / Elderly Guests

    Ground-floor rooms with jacuzzi and pool access are suitable for elderly guests and families.
    However, there are stairs between the lobby and the rooms, so we recommend having a companion to assist.

    Yes. Our staff will assist with carrying luggage to the room for every check-in.

    Yes. The Grand Family Premier Pool Suite (ground floor, spacious, pool access) and the Family Premier Deluxe (2nd–3rd floors) are great options for families with young children.

    The hotel has no elevator and is not fully wheelchair accessible.
    However, ground-floor rooms are easier to access, and staff are available to assist whenever needed.
